WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Mailchimp, Canva, Jira, Google Workspace and most common helpdesk platforms — happy to learn client-specific tools too.
Both — most ongoing clients are on a weekly-hours retainer, and one-off projects are billed hourly. We'll agree on this during the discovery call.
Based in Nairobi (EAT) but comfortable overlapping with US and European working hours for calls and urgent tickets.
